Black & White movies at Ally Pally
Did you know that Alexandra Palace is to host an evening of black and white films, accompanied in the traditional manner, with just an organist, on Wednesday 21 January?
Donald Mackenzie, organist at the Odean in Leiciester Square, will perform during the films.
The Iron Mule, a comedy directed by Fatty Arbuckle is to be shown along with Safety Last, a comedy film starring Harold Lloyd and Mildred Davis, and directed by Fred C. Newmeyer. Organ solos and a film on London steam trains will also be shown on the evening.
Doors at the Palm Court entrance open at 7.30pm and admission is £7.
