The sophisticated new bar and restaurant has a kitchen headed up by Simon Trussell, who enjoyed a classical training at the Ritz Club and La Tante Claire and has spent the last ten years at the popular St James restaurant in Bushey.
The main restaurant menu offers robust flavours and ingredients with options including crispy belly of pork, sauteed Chinese greens with a sweet ginger and lime dressing. Among the desserts is Trussell’s signature dish - a Toblerone cheesecake.
