Car parking across Haringey

I read in a recent WeLoveCrouchEnd news story that Haringey Council is planning to extend the controlled parking zone in the local area. WHY?



It seems that the council just like to play around with the parking system as and when they feel like it - was anyone in the local area consulted about it?
